A stint in prison, a young man returns to friends and family waiting for him across New York. Except his girl has moved on, money ain't what it used to be and this isn't the same bustling city he left behind. It's all good.

Young-Joo travels back to her hometown. There, she meets Sung-Chan (Kim Min-Suk). Young-Joo had a crush on him in the past. Sung-Chan is a former member of the national male curling team. They become partners in mixed doubles curling.

Theo and Frances, an artsy downtown couple, are driving to a dinner party at their old friend Zoe's new house in a wealthy suburb of NYC. Lost and frustrated, they call Zoe's husband for directions.
